Reservations Policies
Cancellation Policy: A one night deposit is required at time of reservation. During holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Spring Break) a 50% deposit is required 10 days after making the reservation. This may be done with check, credit card or money order. Balance for days reserved is due upon arrival. Early departures are nonrefundable unless cabin is re-rented. 30 day cancellation notice required for holidays and 14 day notice required at other times of the year. No shows will be charged full fee for reserved nights. There is a $15 fee charged on all cancellations.
Smoking Policy: For the comfort of our guests, our cabins are all non-smoking. Smoking outside is allowed.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. There is a $5/dog/night fee for a maximum of $25/stay. Limit two dogs per cabin. We ask that you clean up after the dog(s), keep them on a leash and not leave them in the cabin alone unless kenneled. Owners will be responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
